Our founder, Joshua R. Lastine, protects the artistry and livelihood of actors, production companies, writers, producers, directors, animators, social media influencers, and podcasters. A strategic negotiator, a fierce advocate for talent, and a practical problem solver, Joshua strengthens his counsel with an indelible passion for show business, its players, and its creators. Joshua has experience working in TV and film development for studios and production companies, as well as representing talent in all aspects of their entertainment career. A proud native son of Iowa, Joshua headed West with his B.A. in economics from the University of Northern Iowa to take on Hollywood.

Randi Frisby joined Lastine Entertainment Law as an associate attorney in 2023 after interning with the firm. Before joining, she worked as an attorney practicing Family law and Immigration law. She graduated from Wake Forest University with a Bachelor of Arts in History and a minor in Sociology. Randi also earned her Juris Doctor from The University of Kentucky, J. David Rosenberg College of Law. More recently, Randi earned an LL.M. in Entertainment, Music, and Sports Law from Pepperdine Caruso School of Law. As an associate at Lastine Entertainment Law, she understands that her clients are the future of the entertainment industry, and she is determined to provide them with the best legal representation as they make a name for themselves in this challenging industry.

Silvia Lastine is the chief financial officer of Lastine Entertainment Law. Silvia was born and raised in Romania, where she developed a passion for mathematics and technology at an early age. Silvia graduated with a degree in Computer Science and Mathematics, and in 2014 Silvia earned a law degree from Bucharest Ecological University, combining her technical skills with a legal background. Silvia moved to the United States in 2015 seeking new opportunities, where she quickly became a professional assistant for influential people/celebrities. Her unique combination of technical expertise and legal knowledge has made her an asset to those she works for, and her ability to multitask and think outside the box has earned her the respect of her colleagues and clients.

LuLu Quintanilla, is a proud native of San Antonio, Texas, and currently oversees day-to-day scheduling and operations for Lastine Entertainment Law while gaining knowledge and experience within the entertainment industry at large, as this is of high interest to her future goals of becoming a performing artist. Lulu has an Associate’s degree in Audio Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Entertainment Business from the Los Angeles Film School.
